Client Experience and organisation
Dubsado
Dubsado has saved me hours on client communication. It houses their contracts, invoices, important documents, and drafts in their client portals. Dubsado allows me to get payment, feedback, and testimonials with ease.
ClickUp
ClickUp organises my team and me. I can schedule and plan out everything from monthly content, emails to whole launches. I wouldn’t be without it now.
Email marketing
ConvertKit
Convertkit makes sending out emails to my list effortless and automated. It’s such an easy visual platform to use, and trust me, I’ve tried many email service providers. This is by far the easiest to use and is scaling with my business beautifully!
Digital product delivery and funnel building tool
Systeme.io
I am well-versed in funnel platforms. This beats Kajabi, Membervault, EasyPeasy Funnels, and Teachable for ease of use and cost (yes, I have evergreen webinars included in my plan!). I am a WordPress developer (shh, don’t tell anyone!), and this funnel software pairs well with my website (but I didn’t need to waste a tonne of time learning how to use it!)
Content Creation
Tonic Site Shop
I love Tonic’s Canva templates for social media. I bought template pack no.2 and customised them for my brand. They’re designed for clarity and conversions, particularly for Instagram. Love, love, love!
Canva
I mean it when I say that I couldn’t live in a business world without Canva. Think design made so much easier! No more faffing for hours. I create graphics for social media, for my website, and for my digital products. Canva Pro is one of the best investments I’ve made in my business.
MeetEdgar
I use this to put my evergreen (posts that will always be the same) social media content on autopilot. It is a work in progress, but it will save my team hours, meaning that their focus will be on tasks that bring in more return on investment.
Podcasting
Podbean
Podbean stores my podcasts online and gives a great, smooth listening experience for my podcast listeners. It shares automatically to many podcast networks and to my social accounts. Having my podcast recording separate from my website ensures everything loads quickly, and I have a fast website.
Hindenburg PRO
This is the best tool for recording my podcasts – Hindenburg makes it easy to edit and combine tracks like my podcast intro. It’s saved my time on multiple occasions when the dog has had a barking fit or the builders next door have decided that they will drill the wall as I’m in the middle of my recording!
WordPress Website theme
17th Avenue Designs
I have a WordPress-hosted website, and 17th Avenue provides the top coding layer called a theme. My theme is called Clover. It’s so easy to customise – I love the way it looks and how it’s ultra-lightweight, meaning my website loads fast.
Ultra-fast WordPress Hosting
Bigscoots
Speed and user experience are so important to me – after all, I want people to explore my site without it taking all day to load. This is an expense I wouldn’t be without. To achieve the speed, I chose WordPress-managed hosting from Bigscoots. Their customer service is awesome, they rarely have website downtime, and their speed is awesome!
